1. Our records indicate you are eligible to apply for retired pay
under provisions of Title 10, United States Code, Section 1331, to begin
on your 60th birthday.

2, Your retirement packet is attached. The Application for Retired
Pay should be signed and returned with applicable forms including Form
W-4, Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate, at least 90 days
prior to your 60th birthday.

3. Our records show that you have accrued 3127 points for retired pay
and your approximate monthly pay based on the current pay scale is

$473. Under the Survivor Benefit Plan, if you el reduced plan
