a member of this command was transferred to your command per Ltr 0.,
Headquarters 15th Air Force, dated 4 Mar. 44 and is entitled to wear the
Distinguished Unit Badge for Group Citations awarded the 301st bombardment “
Group (i) AAF, per WD GO #66, dated 15 August 1944, extract copy attached.

2. If subject officer, is still a member of your command, suggest
copy of GO #66 be filed in 201 file ard proper entry be made on 66-1, 66-2,
or service record and form 2.

3. In the event subject Officer,was killed in action, missing in
action, or is a prisoner of war, proper indorsement should be made hereon
and sent through channels to the Adjutant General.

4, In the event subject officer has been transferred from your
command, request this communication and inclosure be indorsed to his
present organization. :
