‘ member of this command since 15 July 1943, has been relieved from combat
flying duty as a Pilot upon completion of fifty (50) operational missions
; in accordance with policy set forth within this theater.
2. it is recommended that Capt ULins be retained in heavy bombard~
ment with assicnment to a training unit, and that his service be utilised
as an instructor in his particular position.
