Dear Colonel Cline

The attached order announces your transfer to the Retired Reserve
Section, A pamphlet which explains your rights and privileges as
a menber of the Retired Reserve is also furnished.

You have fulfilled the service requirements for eligibility to

receive retirement pay when you reach 60 years of age. Approximately
six months before your 60th birthday we will furnish you further
information and forms in order that you may apply for this pay benefit.

You may continue using the Armed Forces Identification Card, DD Form
2AF (Res), now in your possession. If you do not possess a DD Form
2AP (Res), you may obtain one in accordance with the provisions of
Air Force Regulation 30-20, 14 June 1965, by submitting your request
to this headquarters, Attn: RPCS-5, Please notify this headquarters
if you change your place of residence so there will be no interruption
of our mailing services. If at any time you have questions concerning
your status, do not hesitate to communicate with us.

Your valued service to the United States Air Force is appreciated.
